With 40 years’ experience in business management, ownership, and investing, Scott combined his unique background to create a full-service, one-stop shop real estate management experience with the necessary “know how,” to provide every Freedom seeking customer with unparalleled customer service. Scott’s team consists of Property Managers, Leasing Agents, Accountants, Contractors, and Vendors.

Meet Jennifer, our Leasing Coordinator at Freedom House Property Management. Since joining our team on September 1, 2023, Jennifer has brought a wealth of experience from her five-year tenure as a Management Analyst with an international developer.

In her role as Leasing Coordinator, Jennifer is the driving force behind our seamless leasing process. With a warm and professional demeanor, she expertly handles phone inquiries, coordinates leasing activities with precision, and ensures all paperwork is meticulously prepared for smooth and efficient transactions.

Jennifer's commitment to excellence extends to her management of lease renewals, where her attention to detail and deep understanding of the real estate landscape proves invaluable. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her reliability, professionalism, and the positive energy she brings to every leasing task.

Ratchanee Smith has 20 years experience in marketing and customer relations. Working in Bangkok for Thai Packaging and Polyfoam, she worked with international companies such as Toshiba, Fisher, Paykel, and Daikin; Ratchanee has a proven track record of success. Her humble and kind approach to tenant relationships has proven invaluable to our company and our team.

She has been with the team since August 16th, 2022. Anne is highly regarded for her agreeable and pleasant personality, as well as her fantastic work ethic. Working both on the frontline and behind the scenes, Anne answers phones, vets tenants, prepares lease documents, handles social media posts, and more. She has quickly become an invaluable part of the team and her commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail are unmatched. Anne's many years of experience in the industry make her a great asset to Freedom House Property Management and her commitment is an exemplary example of what great customer service looks like. Amanda joined our team in early 2022. She is highly organized and has taken our maintenance department to the next level. Her specialty is communication. She effectively communicates with owners, tenants, and vendors alike. She also makes sure that the vendors, owners, and tenants communicate amongst each other. Nothing falls through the cracks with this valuable team member in charge of Maintenance.
